Dear Sisters,

We would like to welcome you to our Carmichael Stake Primary Blog. We are very excited to be able to use this wonderful format for you to share your ideas with one another. As we visit each of your Wards throughout the year we see you all doing so many amazing things in your Primary's. We hope that you will use this blog to share your ideas with one another. Each ward will be able to have one person post directly to the website (currently the Primary Presidents are the registered users) or you can contact Sister Kinghorn at carmichaelstakeprimary@gmail.com with the stories and photos you'd like to share.

Planting seeds

Last Sunday the sharing time asked us to plant seeds to demonstrate and talk about how our testimony grows. I like to do the things asked and suggested to do int he primary outline. BUT, I always like to lead the families into a Family Home Evening that the children can run. (So it is not always the parents doing FHE). Also, the kids can sign it off int he Faith in God books. So, with that being said, I provided a cup and seeds and asked them to go home and ask their families to help plant their seeds. I gave them grass seed so they can see results quickly. I will ask them to bring them in when I see my families growing and share them with the primary.
